According to the legislation in force, any natural person can return a product within 15 days.

Paws-Hope.com will return the value of the product or products that meet the following conditions:

- the product will be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and related labels intact.

- perishable products (food, food supplements, etc.) may only be returned if the goods were not been delivered to the shelter and still appear in Paws Hope stock. All goods in this category already unloaded at the shelter cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination in the supplier warehouse.

- all accompanying documents must be returned (guarantee, invoice, tax receipt, etc.)

Within 3 working days you will receive a notification by e-mail, regarding the registration number of the application.

After receiving the notification, you will return the products in person or by express courier to the address below or to any other address indicated by the seller:

Return shipping fees and refund fees are borne exclusively by the customer.

If it is found that the products meet all the conditions imposed above then you will be contacted for the communication of the final details and the refund period of the value of the products.

If the returned products are damaged, have clear signs of use and cannot be sold as new products, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the price difference between new and used products.

If the products are in a condition that does not allow us to re-market them, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the products will be sent back by courier, and the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

The payment of the value of the products will be made through the bank in the bank account specified by the client within 14 days from the acceptance of the return. Return fees coming from bank transfers will be supported by the customer
