Fundatia Noroc - Help for Dogs and Cats from Constanta
Fundatia Noroc is a Romanian animal welfare organisation owned by Dr. med. vet Luana Sabau who has her vet clinic in Constanta/Romania, and her friend Roxana Tanislav. Luana also has a shelter in Constanta where 50-70 dogs wait for their chance to find a home. At her clinic and in her home are always some cats who wait for adoption. This page is created to show all dogs and cats for adoption (and also to show the lucky ones in their forever homes). Fundatia Noroc is working with a handful of animal welfare organisations in Germany and England. These relationships are longstanding and based on mutual respect and trust. None of the pets will leave Constanta without prior positive home check of the potential new home.
